Pros
I learned a lot about customer service and how important work environment was when deciding whether to continue working at a job or not. My coworkers are what made the job fun.
Cons
The server who trained me wasn't truly helpful. I sort of learned my way around things myself. But I think that depends on who trains you. When it got busy, it was hard to take breaks without a manager telling you to get up and do a task.
