      Benefits - robust Benefits and pay is fair

      The CEO lacks integrity and character. He and CFO have a good cop bad cop game and beat down the teams. We all see through it and they fail to inspire employees or loyalty. The HR leadership have all turned over 3x each role in my 4 years - some really great folks - what does that tell you! The sales team are never recognized even when goals are exceeded. Poor morale.

      Never ever work for IPL locums. They told the hospital's credentialing office that my background may include felonies when it doesn't and they knew that, they charge the hospital for overtime that they don't pay me, they mess up EVERY SINGLE TRIP as far as the travel logistics go, and I have a new recruiter every other month because they don't seem to be able to keep staff. Absolutely horrible and highly recommend avoiding. Also, they take forever to send you your money and are rather rude and unhelpful overall.
