Overworked Underpaid Undervalued High turnover rate Understaffed Poor management Supervisors have poor attitudes and throw their weight about when they can. Specimen reception department is often left unsupervised. At 12 noon, you are expected to stand up from your seat in the lab, and listen to sample figures being read out by a condescending supervisor. 5 days a week. Car park is only for night staff and management. IT issues are a daily occurrence.
