Co workers that know how to work & really do there job make it easier.

They hire anybody. So if you have experience your coworker may not. So it feels like baby sitting. They definitely do not pay enough for the work you have to do. They want you on a sit down & reach truck but don’t pay for that. Management acts like it’s nothing they can do. Don’t think your get a raise they will laugh in your face.
