Pros
- Job descriptions are sufficiently detailed and accurate to the work you will be doing on the job. There is very good balance between standard work and project work opportunities. - The TA representative was very personable and approachable, answered any questions or followed up if needed. You are kept in the loop and moved forward through the different stages of the process in an efficient manner - The format of the interview is one that assesses your motivation for the role and company, is performance based and is not over-lengthy. You will get to discuss the role with your own manager and meet the other managers you indirectly work with in your different workstreams.
Cons
No real cons from me, it is a fast paced environment with the company going through a period of transformation. There are many internal moves visible at the plant and a lot of opportunity for progression and parallel moves.
