      Pros

      -Ipsen is a company that is focused on their patients first and foremost, which is a passion of mine. It is done with integrity throughout the entire organization. -The culture so far has been refreshing from where I had previously come from. -They foster growth from within and are focused on helping all of their employees sparkle. -If you have a question, there are multiple people to reach out to who will take the time to try and help find the answer if they do not know.

      Cons

      At this point in time, I have no cons working at Ipsen and look forward to years to come here!

      Pros

      The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.

      None, I cannot think of one pro.

      Cons

      The worst experience in my 15 plus career in pharma. The managers are horrible, they work you to death and show zero appreciation. I was so thankful I was a temp, as I would never have wanted to be a full time after what I experienced. It's basically a hot mess of bullying by managers and the Sr. Director's have poor SVPs they report into so it makes sense they management style is horrid.
