Pros
A lot of room for learning and advance in the company due to the number of plants the company are managing. Hard work is rewarded every year with bonus and small tokens.
Cons
Company have not started any new projects in the last 3 years due to gas contracts. So the company to me is at a stand still,a lot of cut backs taking place.
