Pros
- Constantly adapting and innovating to stay competitive - Very smart and strategic people in senior leadership, many of whom have been here from the very beginning, and have ensured the company's success year over year - High growth environment - lots of opportunity for internal promotions and professional development through project-based work - Some of the best people I have ever worked with, with mentors and life-long friends among them - people here truly care about doing good work and pushing themselves to be better - Personally I have grown SO much as a professional here due to having access to strong, committed leaders who make time for coaching their employees - Strong focus on and action behind learning and development and inclusion and diversity initiatives - Senior leadership listens to employee feedback and takes actions on improvements - There's time for fun, although we work very hard!
Cons
- Company sometimes under invests in employees (especially when it comes to internal promotions) - the culture is very a much a "prove yourself first, then get rewarded later" even if you're already a high performer - Roadmap can be chaotic and timelines are very aggressive - Project Managers have a very tough role to play
