- Overworking for more than 4 months straight; weekends included - Claims inclusion, but exploits engineers - There is no bonus for extra hours - Management continues to push even when the top employees quit - Management has little or no technical understanding about quality; quality standards are not met anywhere in the company - You won't learn, as every part of the system is constantly broken. You will spend your time maintaining. - Sales driven, not technology-driven; which means 0 focus is put on engineering - The more you prove yourself to be good, the more exploited you will get - All engineers are on the "it's just the way it is at this company" boat - Before quitting I had an average 4 hours per day of meetings, and I was not a manager Every single experience in this company has been terrible for me and I know for a fact several other employees are in the same boat. The top ones cant handle it. Felt great to finally get out. If you speak up, you get fired. It's just the way it is, and it's really bad to see no "real" conflict resolution.
