The workspace is quite narrow, which may feel uncomfortable for people who are sensitive to confined environments. Some hires appear to lack the necessary experience or clarity about their responsibilities. A significant portion of the workload seems to rely heavily on interns. Management appears to have limited technical understanding of the projects being handled.

People are nice! Location is charming

I don't see many disadvantages for the company. Obviously it's a growing company and has many challenges.
