IQ Inc. is refreshing in being straightforward with their employees and clients in their mission to make life better with their products. Best company to work for in Pittsburgh. The benefits package is excellent for PTO, 401K, health, vision, and dental. Pay is great. Tremendous work/life balance. They are a company that greatly cares about their employees. I find myself speechless at times in how well they treat their employees. I say this having previously worked for large corporations that view employees as numbers, instead of people with value. I cannot recommend IQ enough!
