Pros
None. Working from home is an option but they complain when you do it. Expect to be the only one at the office since management is never around or working from home. They give you 4 weeks vacation for the year but if you're on salary you'll never get to use it because they except you to close every month. If you don't close for two months in a row, start looking for another job because you'll be fired. Very pretentious company. Worse place I have ever worked at and all they do is lie to you.
Cons
They pick your bones and take great care to not take care of you. Do not join them if they offer you salary you will be first on the chopping block. Management only look after themselves and pretend to care about their recruiters. All they say is "how can we help you?" when it's their client that don't close. They don't care how many candidates you find but only the ones you close. Management is too scared to push their client to speed up the process. Have waited over 3 weeks to get feedback from client. Favouritism is very common and with ZERO support from management. 3 people were let go in 9 months in one department and 5 others from other departments.
