      Good, friendly people to work with. Nice office within walking distance to public transport links and the city centre. Wages in line with the market.

      Cons

      Very dated codebase. There’s a lack of some basic processes in place. No real career progression opportunities. Inexperienced middle management.

      In our late world of employee churn. IQGeo seems to actively be trying to keep long time employees, highly regarding experience and expertise.

      Cons

      As a mostly remote company, it can feel a little disconnected.

      Pros

      Friendly teams, everyone gets along nicely. WFH/Remote for a majority of employees, if they're not there, people are in the Denver or Cambridge offices.

      Cons

      Lack of career progression. No skills develop beyond maybe your first 4 months at the job. Mundane and repetitive work.
