Terrible place to work if you want to move up Very much giving high school. They supervisors are not professional. The husband and wife managers don’t know how to leave their personal life at home. Accounting supervisor was very unapproachable. No diversity at all.

The team is passionate about helping our members and improving the customer experience. Flexible time off. Every day is different and comes with its own set of learning opportunities and challenges.

Cons

Not truly a con - but it can take a few months to get a hang of the regulations and processes.

Great autonomy and a close knit team. There is a great work-life balance.

Cons

You have to be self motivated and learn quickly. With a small team you often have to juggle a variety of tasks.
