Pros

Prior to 2017, this was a big family. The CEO treated everyone fairly, and truly had an open door policy. Since then, with restructuring, it is not the same. All of the staff is friendly, caring, and really try to hold together that family feel.

Cons

Since restructuring, MANY positions are being eliminated or outsourced. The future of all of the staff is uncertain. There is poor communication from upper management as to the direction of the company, and very poor communication between departments, making is very difficult to complete tasks. Some of the managers over departments are very rude to employees and take out their stress on the employees.

Pros

Team like atmosphere among the remaining employees and those who have been there for years (6+ for me). Office space is great. Building has a cafe and gym. Offers flexible schedules (for some people in some departments, they are choosy)

Cons

new employees will quickly notice the low morale, poor company culture and hostile work environment. Each week 1+ staff members get let go, either by downsizing (company outsourced 3 whole departments, regular staff layoffs to cut costs everywhere) or staff leaving on their own because of the bleak future. This company will not be in existence in the years to come, due to eventual disposition of all assets -- beware if you are looking for long-term employment or steady work! Management is not honest, transparent or clear on current status or future -- likely because the same lack of info trickles down from parent company owners. Damage has already been down and existing staff members lost trust in current management team. No company bonuses. Very minimal (at best) yearly increases. They will do anything to save a buck.
