But if for some people going multiple tasks in an organization is a negative thing than it's not represente the organization it represents the dedication and commitment of employees.

The best thing about IREED India is that it provides ample opportunities for growth. Your role is not limited—you are always learning something new. The culture is excellent, and mentors are always available to support us. Making mistakes is not an issue; instead, you are guided and corrected. In monetary terms, the salary is completely based on the interview, and if an employee performs well, they are rewarded with incentives and promotions.
