Great company - Brand Ambassador IRIS BLU Employee Review

- onsite events were fun to work - fellow contractors were friendly and energetic

- no proper breakdown for events. Details were either minimal, last minute or I had to be proactive and ask for information that should have been readily available - payment is supposed to be provided within one month. I received payment four months LATE. I followed up numerous times and was given the complete runaround. I was actually warned by a fellow contractor during an event that if you don't get paid on-time and you don't follow-up with them, they won't send you your paycheck voluntarily.

- If you have the drive, personality and right attitude then let Iris Blu know! - Excellent brands, great staff, solid business acumen - Do well, you will be rewarded; poor performance need apply to another company - Look forward to acceptance of bookings; need to apply through Iris Blu postings page, making it easy to schedule

- Rely on staff who do not pull the weight; I have been called numerous times last minute as staff who have applied, simply fell out last minute.. - Iris Blu is seeking staff who are ENGAGED, RELIABLE, and OUTGOING! If you are someone who posses these qualities, then speak to a recruiter at Iris Blu. If you are NOT willing to commit, then please go to another agency.
