We work hard to give all managers the skills they need to motivate, develop and inspire their teams through our dedicated ‘Managing with IMPACT’ training programme, to ensure they’re performing at their best.
We run an annual salary review process, and offer pay scales in select departments to automatically reward employees when they hit career milestones. For example, we have a dedicated pay scale governing many of our payroll teams, to grow their salaries as they develop their skills and experience, and these are reviewed regularly to ensure they are competitive. Please reach out to your HR representative if you would like to find out more about the pay scale. We are proud to also operate a range of generous bonus and commission schemes to recognise and reward hard work.
We are also proud of our extensive communication strategy to ensure all of our employees feel involved and a part of the IRIS family – with weekly emails from our CEO Elona, monthly company updates for all employees, our ‘Your IRIS’ newsletter, daily social media updates, and regular staff surveys. In addition, we're delighted to offer internal promotions, regular training courses, and development activities.
