We appreciate that IRIS is a fast-paced company with lots of exciting new opportunities and initiatives taking place across the family. We are proud to support all our employees during busy times through our range of policies, wellbeing tools, and training resources. For example, we offer a free Employee Assistance Programme through Aviva, provide flexible working options, and one of our training courses for this quarter’s curriculum is ‘’How to Deal with Pressure, Stress & Pressurised workloads’, ‘Time Management’ and ‘Mental Wellbeing & Resilience’.
Employee feedback is also very important to us, and we encourage our employees to share their thoughts and comments with us through Peakon, our monthly employee engagement platform. Here, staff can communicate anonymously with managers and senior leaders to provide their feedback and #MakeItHappen. We are delighted that since its launch, our managers have provided 41,000 replies, interactions, and comments.
