We are delighted to support all our managers across IRIS, we offer a variety of training and tools to develop the skills they need to motivate, develop, and inspire their teams. For example, we created our ‘Managing with IMPACT’ training programme which is a dedicated four-day course to provide managers with the key elements of effective management, from motivating and engaging people to goal setting, to giving feedback and dealing with conflict. We are proud to have supported 42 managers through Manging with IMPACT this year and had full attendance on our 15th course.
We are delighted that through Peakon, our employee engagement tool, ‘Management Support’ is one of our highest scoring drivers of engagement, with an eNPS of +68. However, we know there is always more we can do and are committed to encouraging continuous feedback and engaging with employee’s comments. Through Peakon, managers have made over 46,000 comment interactions with employees, which enables both bottom-up and top-down communication.
