We’re particularly proud of our fantastic CEO, who openly shares her experiences as a working mother, our enhanced maternity and shared parental leave policies, and our development opportunities, such as our Women in Leadership programme, which this year welcomed over 70 women. We’re also delighted to have been recognised as a Best Workplaces™ for Women for two years running.
We’re surprised by your comments around the ratio of front-line workers to leadership. Currently, 18% of our workforce are in management positions and around 10% are in senior leadership positions. We’re very proud of the strong communication between our leadership team and the rest of the company, utilising our employee engagement tool, Peakon, to enable employees to share their anonymous feedback in real time with managers and senior leaders to make a #IMPACT, as well as a range of company-wide communications to share our plans and exciting news.
