We’re committed to paying our employees fairly and competitively, and we are proud to run an annual salary review process, which includes using external benchmarking data to make sure we are paying competitively in the market. We work together with Heads of Function and Senior Management to assign consistent increases using best practice and standardised rules and managers receive extensive training on how salaries are decided and how to have effective pay conversations with their employees. We also offer pay scales in select departments and operate a range of generous bonus and commission to recognise and reward hard work.
