Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, although we’re extremely surprised and disappointed by your comments. We are delighted to offer all our permanent employees an annual bonus payout. Our bonus plans consider various different factors such as the achievement of company financial targets, employee personal performance, mandatory compliance training and managers setting great objectives for their teams. We are also proud to rightly recognise and reward genuine high performance from our managers and so this is included in a range of our senior compensation plans. As we continue to grow as a global business, we need to ensure that we have engineering talent across a range of locations. We’re delighted that our people based in India, the Americas, and Romania are wholly part of the passionate team we have within IRIS. Recently, we’ve seen the benefits to business where we’ve extended the family into our Centres of Excellence to allow us to extend time zones to increase hours of support and continue to innovate. To continue as a successful business we need to ensure that we have teams in the right place and in the right regions, responding at the right time for our customers.
