We’re pleased to run a companywide annual salary review process each fall, which includes external benchmarking data, to ensure we’re paying the market rate. We’re further delighted to offer all permanent employees an annual bonus entitlement, which pays out in summer. Along with competitive salaries, we also understand the importance of ‘total reward’ – we invest heavily in progression opportunities, internal and external training, extensive employee wellbeing support, and investment in volunteering and charitable initiatives.
