      Flixibility, great working atmosphere, salary according performance, nice people, many challenges, changes and many opportunities to grow in the career ladder.

      I dont have any. It is a great place to work.

      Pros

      Interesting experience. A lot of exposure to top management. Very active company with interesting deals. Nice benefits and many holidays.

      Cons

      Pay below average paid by top companies. Difficult to grow in the company if you are not part of the "circle of trust" of the management. Somewhat bureaucratic.

      Pros

      Varios beneficios (gimnasio, descuentos en programas de inglés, formación, etc), servicio de comedor, oficinas nuevas y agradables.

      Cons

      Los sueldos son bajos en comparación con el mercado. Muchas áreas están manejadas por personas que no tienen conocimientos de liderazgo para manejar equipos u organizar el trabajo lo que repercute en la diaria de tareas.
