Let you be creative, lovely school, lots of resources at hand. Pay was great

Due to a lot of requests and last minute changes at the school, it grew to be stressful for me and my mental health declined. Reached out to admin for help, but the help was lacking and was only 'encouraged' to get better and ask other teachers. Had to go to the doctors several times for work stress related issues. Reached out one last time and a week later I was fired due to my mental health and their parting words were to find a 'less stressful job.' Thanks for that advice and destroying my mental health, real helpful.

Great pay for a teaching job in Japan and I was given raises. Remote work. Management is friendly. The course is interesting but challenging to teach.

Grading season is busy. Not the most organized. Lots of responsibility.
