Pros
Commercial departments: Salaries paid are good (at least if compared to national averages), job is interesting (there is always something new to do if you are willing to work for your money)
Cons
Too many "place holders", too little people focused on the result. Majority considers that the company is there for them to get their wages rather than the other way around. Plus steel industry situation. And a lot of other stuff.
