I was warned against Isdin prior to joining the company. I thought it couldn't be as bad as I had been told. Oh wow, I was so wrong! Isdin's atmosphere reminded me to that of Stalin's worst USSR. When you join you feel something is wrong but it takes you a while to put your finger on it. Then one day you realize it is fear. Remember those scenes described where nobody dared to be the first one to stop clapping when giving a ovation to the dictator? Well, you can find that same kind of situation at Isdin. Isdin presents itself as a modern company, please do not fall for it like I did, they are just another extremely hierarchical and unorganized Spanish company.
