      If you work for certain teams in the business, you're golden.

      Cons

      Overworked in the department, favouritism is a big thing at ISG and the who you are friends with. Expected to work long hours to make up for other people's incompetence, poor pay, appalling management within the proposals team, underappreciated, regarded as 'less than'. No recognition. Management do not listen, whether its an issue or advice.

      Pros

      The people here are genuinely great, and the leadership is both inspiring and supportive. The work is always exciting and challenging, which has given me plenty of opportunities to expand my skills and grow professionally. The company really focuses on employee well-being and development, offering lots of resources and programs to help us succeed. There's a strong pipeline of projects, which keeps things interesting and ensures job stability.
