No pros other than flexible timings. That too employees especially managers misuse.

poor management, poor work culture, highly unprofessional. do not pay well.they hire employees and fire them if the project goes or they do not win bid. They literally cry and weap infron of resources to get the work done.Highly incapable Managers.Poor HR.They always try to trick you, and cheat you.Bihari's rock in technology department, if you are non bihari do not join this company.They have monopoly there and will not let you survive.pathetic.
