      Good office, Nice infrastructure, Canteen is good,

      Cons

      1. Worst Management you can come across 2. Better to be unemployed than work here 3. There is one girl who talks about only sex but she is friends with the Head so no one can remove her 4. If you give feedback they will ask you to leave 5. There are no promotions 6. It's a social group working in a professional setup, so you will always feel left out. 7. Politics even though they say there is no politics.

      Pros

      Depending on the department, working in this company challenges you to be resourceful and initiative. On good days, working in this company is very satisfying, especially when you are looking for developing your skill-set as a starter.

      Cons

      The politic in the office and the nature of the company as a non-profit may limit your chance to grow further in your career. At some point, your routine can be quite mundane and with no further room to grow you might be forced to find an alternative eventually.
