No clear direction of the company - Anonymous employee ISM Connect Employee Review

This company has a great work culture. Mixture of work locations in different states and allows remote working.

With the remote working comes at times a lack of information flow.

Tech start-up with some extremely kind and intelligent employees.

Being a start-up, pivoting is very common to stay afloat. ISM had to make some decisions to stay in business and unfortunately that involved absorbing a sports marketing firm that had previously failed. Management and employees from that firm were, while very intelligent in their field, not cut out for management or training.
