Pros
Pays really well and have a good 401k. You never have to work after hours at home.
Cons
No working from home = why you never have to take work home with you Call center = Underwriters have to answer all calls that come in with questions from the insured, or coi request even if it’s not an account you handle. Bc of this call center you will have to work extended hours and work the phone till 5:30pm. Management gets away with acting like bully’s. HR isn’t very helpful I feel bad for them as their hands are tied by upper management
