      Such a great place to start your career! The management team is supportive, encouraging, and cares to see you succeed. The culture is amazing. Super collaborative, positive, a bit fast faced, but in a good way :) Everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand!

      Cons

      None. There is definitely a learning curve at the beginning, but the company sets you up for success.

      1. Work Life Balance is strong and promoted well 2. Company Culture 3. Mgmt. that actively promotes autonomy while fostering team and individual goals 4. perfect middle ground between large 1000+ employee company and start up. You dont feel like a number 5. On product side of the house, not competitive and promotes teamwork and group success 6. Hybrid work environment

      Cons

      1. can feel fast paced at times, which can sometimes lead to long(er) work hours 2. Hybrid work environment can be viewed as a Con (travelling into Dallas 2+ times a week)

      Workload is a lot but very manageable, you have to like the company and your coworkers a lot to stay there many years.
