It is disappointing to hear that your experience at ISO Claims Partners is not matching our goal of being the best place you have ever worked. Recognizing employees for their hard work is something we pride ourselves on and we continually dedicate time, attention, and efforts on this very important area of focus. We try to incorporate a variety of programs so that there are a few ways to recognize great performance and hard work. Most recently, the “#thanks” program was rolled out and we still maintain our other programs such as our peer-to-peer SAVI recognition program, monthly employee “Shout Outs” on our TV monitors around the office, as well as our quarterly Orange Chair award.
