Pros

There are really not a lot of pros. The occasional free food and beer. Some of the "smaller" people are very nice.

Cons

Executive committee and managers only care about their own rear ends and revenue. Unless you are a favorite you will get nowhere in this company. Do not work your butt off because it will get not get you anywhere. The people who do bust their rear end get not a damn thing from this company. Unless you know who to cry to, or whose butt to kiss you will do nothing but burn yourself out and drive yourself to drink. Don't believe any of the fake reviews on here they were clearly written by management. The ones that say that it is cliquey, and a terrible place to work are absolutely correct.

ISO Claims Partners Response

We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. The Senior Team is very committed to fostering a team environment where we all work together to achieve our goals. It is disappointing to hear that your experience at ISO Claims Partners is not matching our goal of being the best place you have ever worked. Recognizing employees for their hard work is something we pride ourselves on and we continually dedicate time, attention, and efforts on this very important area of focus. We try to incorporate a variety of programs so that there are a few ways to recognize great performance and hard work. Most recently, the “#thanks” program was rolled out and we still maintain our other programs such as our peer-to-peer SAVI recognition program, monthly employee “Shout Outs” on our TV monitors around the office, as well as our quarterly Orange Chair award. From your profile, it looks like you are a current employee of ISO Claims Partners. I’d love to meet with you to discuss your concerns. As you know, our HR staff always maintains an open door policy as well as confidentiality. Specific feedback is always most helpful and constructive in addressing any issue that we may be unaware of. Please reach out to me directly at hneheily@iso.com and I would be happy to set up a time for us to discuss your concerns. Thank you for your ongoing contribution and feedback.

Pros

As an entry level hire I've been incredibly lucky to have been selected to join the ISO family. I just completed my first summer at ISO and it was an easy transition after graduating college. Everybody has been extremely welcoming and accommodating to any of my needs, I consider myself lucky to be apart of my team. My direct manager has been extremely supportive and has already taught me a lot about this field. Not only has he explained my role and pushed me to achieve goals, he's also helped me along the way. There is always an open door if I need help or if I have an idea on how to approve a situation. I've personally worked on projects with the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company and they have never given the impression that they are better than me in any way. They are extremely down to earth and treat me like a well respected colleague. They inspire employees to work hard and motivate them to think outside of the box. I've never received that feeling from upper level management at other companies I've worked at. This company is growing rapidly and the potential in endless.

Cons

At the moment I don' have any cons about ISO. If you have drive and a great work ethic you will absolutely shine at this company.
