Flexible work environment, and great people to work around. Care about their employees and puts their needs first. Willing to teach and provide education to build up employees and invest in their careers. They give you the ability to be proactive and initiate resolutions. They genuinely care about their clients and you feel as though you are truly helping people beyond just solving their computer issues.

If you dont like IT or tech this would not be the place for you. It is still a small business and like many small businesses its employees are required to wear a couple different hats. For some people this might be a problem, for others it creates a nice change of pace.
