Not many opportunities to advance in your career. Due to the nature of contract work, you could be pigeon holed.
My coworkers were nice, the environment was pretty relaxed. I feel like management has changed and the contract I was on may no longer be with ISPA.
Cons
The pay wasn’t that great and the salary never really improved all that much from when I initially got hired. It was a decent place to work, but not really the best place to advance. Not a bad role for a few years though. The rating is based on the fact that the money and advancement opportunities are the main drivers for why anyone works anywhere.
