      Outdated test equipment. Training slow. Management shows favoritism. ISS Does unnecessary PMs to justify it worth to hospital. Pay is low to just OK. Some Micromanagement. Undermanned.

      Extensive training available. Engineers work together as a team. Support access when needed. Tools and test equipment provided when needed. Ability to develop and advance to different levels. Experience base to support growth.
