      No pros only cons are there.

      Cons

      No holidays and lot of work they will spoil your health. Then also no one will appreciate. Come on all weekends. Too much firing of employees.

      Please think twice before you join this place...highly non-professional, does not have any system in place, everything is messed up, your career might be in for some serious confusion. Admin is pathetic; even to avail the basic facilities you need to nag them constantly. Management lacks the right set of people management skills. You don't want to be a part of such unhealthy work atmosphere. This organisation lacks culture.
