Cons
For those considering employment with this company, I strongly advise inquiring during your interview about the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the company's distinctive approach compared to its competitors. This crucial step can save you potential future complications. The use of SOPs here is unique, as they are essentially created by any and every member of the organization, which may appear unconventional. It raises the question of how often a company develops its procedures as it operates, almost akin to "winging it." My most challenging experience thus far at this company pertains to the conduct of some colleagues. While my coworkers were openly disrespectful to both myself and each other, they maintained a professional and respectful demeanor in direct client interactions. When I brought this concern to IST Management's HR department, they initiated an investigation, concluding that the behavior would change. However, it's worth noting that other employees quit before formally launching complaints against the specific employee involved, which, in essence, may have cast doubt on the validity of my concern. In light of these considerations, I would exercise caution and consider whether this organization aligns with your career goals and expectations before accepting a position here.
