Friendly management but limited career progression and low pay - IT Support Technician IT Champion Employee Review

Too many to list if I'm totally honest. The team are amazing and everyone is so friendly, the management team are responsive and involved with the team at all times. We have a lot of work party's/events which are always a blast! The progression paths are phenomenal and they have a clear pathway mapped out and you can take it at a rate that's best for you. As I started with there are too many pros to list here.

Literally cant think of any.

Team building activities like Go karting. Christmas and Summer Parties. Leaver parties to give the member of team the proper send-off they deserve. Christmas and end of financial year bonuses. Extra cash added onto monthly pay when we receive positive feedback from clients.

None that come to mind.
