Friendly management, good company events and benefits including working from home and sick pay

Lazy working environment with little initiative encouraged. Career progression is limited and there is no clear development path into senior roles. Workload is inconsistent with a lot of down time between tickets and calls. Pay is on the lower end .

Too many to list if I'm totally honest. The team are amazing and everyone is so friendly, the management team are responsive and involved with the team at all times. We have a lot of work party's/events which are always a blast! The progression paths are phenomenal and they have a clear pathway mapped out and you can take it at a rate that's best for you. As I started with there are too many pros to list here.
