      Working with a manager that was clearly emotionally unstable and created an awful unhealthy work environment-HR could care less that our manager couldn't keep a single freelancer-some stormed out, others just gave up because of the managers awful personality.

      Set schedule and list of daily tasks, free goods 2-3 times a year, great pay and benefits, impactful work

      Since the team was small, sometimes our efforts felt unnoticed, but towards the end of my time, the recognition was evident
