Management is awful. Budgeting is a nightmare. Senior team take large shares for themselves and leave scraps for lingering employees. Upper management often hires few people to do a job meant for multiple and are quick to point fingers when things are either not delivered on time or not 100% flawless. They expect you to work for free to show your eagerness and give you 0 credit when you do. The norm is to be underpaid, undervalued and used as the scapegoat for messes you never created due to lack of proper management skills.
