Pros
There is no word on the PRO part as there's nothing to say about it
Cons
The company makes big promises during the interview process, but most of them turn out to be false. Even the salary structure is misleading, as the so-called “package” includes bonuses, which is honestly ridiculous. Human Resources is completely incompetent and seems unaware of their own responsibilities. Career growth has nothing to do with merit—you basically need to flatter people and play politics to move up the ladder. There is no open-mindedness at all; even a harmless light joke is taken negatively. The workplace culture is deeply flawed, especially when it comes to gender equality. There is blatant sexism where women are clearly favored, while men are often treated like criminals. POSH, in particular, feels like a complete joke rather than a fair or balanced system. The company is extremely stingy during festivals. Unlike other organizations, they don’t even give something as basic as a sweet—not even worth one rupee—which shows how little they value employees. Facilities are poorly maintained. Offices are cleaned only when clients from other projects are expected to visit; otherwise, the place feels like a public toilet, with bad odors and dirty floors. Overall, there is nothing positive about working here apart from the brand name “ITC,” which holds no real meaning for employees anymore.
