Great Company - Field Technician ITC Service Group Employee Review

I am in my 7th year with ITC, and it has been quite a ride. It all begins with leadership who cares. The have done a good job of communicating and living the values they use to make day to day decisions about the business. There is plenty of opportunity for those who are willing to seek it out, sometimes it requires travel from your home base. The company does a good job of giving us to the tools to get the job done, and there is definitely an open door policy with access to all levels of management when you need it.

We are largely a project based business, but most of our projects are long term to very long term. Because of the competitive nature of the telecom industry, at times we have difficulty attracting new talent.
