You will be told that your salary will be increased in 3 or 6 months but they won't. One person will do ten different jobs of different types of different designation so don't be surprised. Mostly when it's time to increase money or you ask for increment mr. Lohani will ask you to resign using his cunning ways and will nt give money but deduct them happily. You will never be able to grow here by doing same work on one project. Better join good company even if it pays less
