Management can be a bit more up front about certain aspects of company

Good company to learn himself with experience . Good to grow but politics are too much & who will maintain personal relationships with boss can grow. Good to maintain hygiene office & family timing

Bad politics culture . Low growth or incentive structue. Has to be change top to down hierarchy. Company has to be taken new initiative compare to others organisation & adapt culture accordingly to survive in same field
