Some client interactions were positive, and the work itself had potential.

After experiencing a seizure, I was restricted from driving duties. Management initially stated that the restriction was due to my seizure but shifted their reasoning after I filed a complaint of discriminatory treatment. The new policy introduced later to justify the ongoing restriction was never mentioned in any previous discussion I had with management regarding this issue. This restriction continues despite being medically cleared, and when I raised claims of discriminatory treatment i was immediately sent home, suspended, and then fired. The owner acknowledged internally that my case was not isolated and that similar actions had been taken against other employees in the past. For example, he stated that he told an employee he would have to terminate employment if the employee did not lose weight due to insurance concerns. This admission indicates a broader pattern of disability related mistreatment. Additionally, the company claimed to have made accommodations but did so without following a proper interactive process as required by disability laws. Despite raising concerns about discrimination with management and ownership, I was suspended and ultimately terminated without clear or lawful justification.
