Pros

The people are great and very helpful in terms of learning and training. Lots of GMP production experience

Cons

There is a atmosphere in this place that doesn't sit right with me you can tell the morale is low and clearly some people are sick of the place. Also, some of the senior members of staff or whatever titles they call themselves can be quite patronising which again doesn't sit right with me. Don't get me started on the training fee and notice period trap lol

Pros

I have had a very good experience so far at ITH Pharma, as I am approaching my 3-year anniversary I like to reflect on my achievements. Opportunities are always provided to grow and expand within your department at ITH, I myself have benefitted through this and expanded my abilities and expertise far wider than I would have expected since starting here. Also, for me the most important thing is people, I thoroughly enjoy working with my team here - everyone greets you with a happy smile in the morning which always starts my day off on a positive note. As I speak with many employees about their experience during the first few months at ITH, I know the work in production is very rewarding, but it is also hard work as we must ensure top quality - if you are planning to work in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, you must be prepared for this - but I would say definitely worth it for all the positive impact you can make working in this industry.

Cons

No negatives in my experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you found your colleagues supportive and that you recognised opportunities for development during your time with us. We also acknowledge your comments about the demanding nature of the role and the need for overtime at times. As a healthcare provider, our work involves supporting vulnerable patients who depend on us for essential, often life-saving treatments. In some cases, we provide same-day treatments, particularly for patients requiring parenteral nutrition, who rely entirely on the services we provide. This is why there are occasions where we need colleagues to step in and ensure care is delivered as promised. Thank you again for your contribution during your time with us and for sharing your feedback. We wish you all the very best in your future role and career.
